CLASS/CAMP TRANSFER & REFUND POLICIES

REQUEST FOR REFUND (8-week Programs):

  • Refund timeline is as follows:
    • More than 7 days from the first day of the season – Full Refund less $20.00 per registration
    • 7 – 3 day(s) from the first day of the season – 50% Refund
    • 2-0 days, 1st day of class & after classes have begun – NO REFUNDS.

**Exceptions may be made due to extenuating circumstances, such as documented participant injury**

  • Refunds will be issued to the credit card used for payment.

Summer Camps:

  • Requests for refunds made 14 or more days from camp starting date will be processed for the full registration fees.
  • Requests for refunds made 7-13 days from camp starting date will be processed for 50% of registration fees..
  • No refunds are available for requests made within 6 days of camp starting date
  • No refunds available once camps have begun.

Tournaments:

  • Requests for refunds for Tournaments/Competitive Play can be made until noon the Thursday before the event is scheduled to take place. No refunds are available after that deadline.

TRANSFERS

  • Transfers are only allowed before classes begin & as long as space is still available in the class. Once classes have started, transfers are not allowed.
